Yes. If you receive a like-for-like quote from a DVSA-licensed operator at a lower price, contact us and we'll match it. The comparison vehicle, route, date, and service level must be equivalent.
Yes. Our quoted price includes the driver, fuel, tolls, congestion charge, airport fees, and all other operating costs. There are no hidden extras — what you're quoted is what you pay.
We accept bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Corporate accounts with invoice terms are available on request. A deposit is typically required at time of booking, with the balance due before the journey date.
15 minutes of waiting time is included in your quote. After this, an hourly fee is charged depending on the vehicle size. For airport collections, we monitor live flight arrivals and allow 60 minutes from landing before waiting charges apply — after this, an hourly rate is charged.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the journey are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 7–14 days may incur a partial charge. Cancellations within 7 days of travel are non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Yes. Every Tigers Transport driver holds an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and a valid PSV (Public Service Vehicle) licence. This is essential for school trips, youth groups, and any safeguarding-sensitive travel.
Yes. All our vehicles are air-conditioned and fitted with 3-point seatbelts on every seat as standard. Our fleet is regularly serviced and inspected to DVSA standards.

Your driver will be at your confirmed pick-up address at the agreed time. For airport arrivals, please note that we do not meet in the arrivals hall — you will need to follow signs to the Coach Bus Station or Bus Station. Non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks are generally permitted. Alcohol is only allowed with prior written permission. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be the responsibility of the booking party.
Standard luggage allowances vary by vehicle size — typically one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger. If your group has oversized items (sports equipment, golf bags, large instruments), please mention this at the time of booking.
