Health and Safety

Tigers Transport follows a strict health and safety policy in our everyday operations as per accordance with the health and safety act of 1974.

We have adopted this Health and Safety policy, alongside our vehicle inspection policies to ensure our passengers safety is top priority and we comply with the regulations of passenger transport according to our operators licenseing agreement.

We inspect our vehicles, drivers, worksite and communications to ensure we comply with the below policy.

Driver Enhanced Checks

We ensure our drivers are fully compliant with driving standards with full valid D licenses to operate a PSV vehicle in United Kingdom and international. We have a 3 monthly check system to ensure our drivers remain compliant, we also have enhanced DBS checking as we regularly work with children, during our home to school transport contract services.

Vehicle Inspections and checks

We inspect our vehicles 8 weekly, at a DVSA verified commercial centre for in depth inspection of all our vehicles. We also conduct a safety check carried out by our drivers at the start of every shift, to ensure our customers and drivers are safe and equipped for the journey ahead. These are all as per the requirements of our operators license agreement with DVSA.
